Driver cum Assistant – Dubai (Full-time)

Maison Azure is a Dubai-based design and technical services company. Our brands include La Belle Maison (luxury wall murals and wallpaper) and Yacht IQ (yacht refit and interiors). We are looking for a reliable, well-presented Driver cum Assistant to support the director in the daily running of the business.

What you will do

• Drive the director daily, starting and ending the working day on Palm Jumeirah, to the office, meetings and appointments (in the director's car).
• Run daily errands: banks, typing centres (Amer/Tasheel), government and courier offices, collecting and delivering documents, samples and materials.
• Visit clients' homes to take wall measurements and photos and send a short report (full training provided).
• Basic computer-based admin: emails, scanning and filing documents, updating simple spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel), tracking receipts.
• Look after the car: fuel, Salik, cleaning and servicing.
• Coordinate by WhatsApp with suppliers, installers and the office.

What we need

• You are currently living in the UAE. Candidates on their own residence visa (e.g. family/spouse or Golden visa) are preferred; a company visa can be provided for the right candidate.
• Valid UAE light-vehicle driving licence, at least 3 years of driving experience in Dubai and a clean traffic record.
• Very good knowledge of Dubai roads and areas.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Basic computer skills: smartphone, WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets/Excel, scanning and online forms.
• Punctual, discreet, well presented and trustworthy – you will visit clients' homes and sometimes handle cash payments.
• Able to provide a police good-conduct certificate and 2 references.
• Experience in a similar driver/assistant role is an advantage; Arabic or other languages are a plus.

Working hours and location

• Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 18:00, including a 1-hour break. Sunday off. Any overtime is paid according to UAE Labour Law.
• The working day starts and ends on Palm Jumeirah at least 5 days a week. You arrange your own commute to and from Palm Jumeirah.
