About the role

Safely drive company personnel, clients and authorised persons to assigned locations. Drive and maintain company vehicles in a safe, clean and serviceable condition. Ensure punctual arrival for appointments, meetings and client-related activities.

Key responsibilities

• Safely drive company personnel, clients and authorised persons to assigned locations
• Drive and maintain company vehicles in a safe, clean and serviceable condition
• Ensure punctual arrival for appointments, meetings and client-related activities
• Collect and deliver documents, passports, forms, parcels and other company/client items
• Handle confidential documents and client information responsibly
• Assist with MM2H/client endorsement-related trips, including visits to government departments and relevant locations
• Carry out document submissions and collections
• Assist with company errands, purchases, collections and deliveries
• Report vehicle defects, accidents and maintenance requirements promptly
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by Management

About you

• Valid Malaysian driving licence
• Good driving record and safe driving habits
• Experienced in driving Toyota Alphard, Toyota Vellfire and SUV vehicles
• Punctual, reliable and responsible
• Professional, polite and courteous when dealing with clients
• Able to maintain confidentiality of company and client information
• Willing to travel to different locations in Malaysia when required
• Presentable and professional in appearance
• Good communication skills
• Ex army or Body guard lessen is advantage
