Driver cum Procurement Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and organized Driver cum Procurement to join our team in the Dubai UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for company driving duties, purchasing materials, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials to project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport staff, documents, tools, and materials as required.
• Purchase and collect materials, equipment, and supplies for project and site requirements.
• Source suppliers and request quotations for materials and services.
• Compare prices and quality to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, payments, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure the timely delivery of materials to project sites.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, receipts, invoices, and vehicle expenses.
• Ensure the company vehicle is clean, properly maintained, and in good working condition.
• Follow UAE traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Coordinate with the procurement team, site supervisors, and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE driving license.
• Previous experience in driving and purchasing or procurement is preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE roads, suppliers, and local markets.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Honest, punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel to different project sites as required.
• Tagalog & English Speaking only.
