Driver cum Store Assistant

Responsibilities :

·         Perform driving duties in a safe manner and ensure compliance with traffic rules and regulations;

·         To schedule regular maintenance of vehicles and ensure the vehicle is in good condition and clean at all times;

·         Willing to work beyond office hours and travel outstations when necessary;

·         Perform dispatch work as and when required;

·         Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time (e.g. Collection, Delivery)

·        Able to handle warehouse events, stock take and inventory control

·        To ensure Receiving & Issuing the goods process follow procedures

·        Ensure smooth daily operations of store

·        To ensure all goods are stored in proper designated areas and labelling

·        Support the Logistic and sales department

·        Issue DO, PO and returned goods etc

·         Prepare & submit store reports on stock, inventory etc.

·        Manage and maintain store systems, including data management, filing, stock inventory etc

·         To perform other ad hoc duties when required

·         Training will be provided

Requirements:

·         Minimum SPM or any equivalent;

·         Pleasant personality, punctual and reliable;

·         Able to communicate and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Option : Mandarin)

·         Possess a valid driving license with a good traffic record; Added advantage if with GDL license

·         Matured, responsible and disciplined individual

·         Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)

·         Male candidate are encouraged to apply

·         Job Type: Full-time

·         Schedule: Day shift

·         Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay

·        At least 2 years of working experience in store / warehouse / driver

·        Computer Literate - MS office- word and excel
