Driver Helper

The Driver Helper supports truck drivers with the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of goods. This role involves loading and unloading freight, assisting with routes, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Arrive on time and ready to work
• Assist with loading and unloading freight safely and carefully
• Help navigate routes and communicate with dispatch as needed
• Support the driver during deliveries and interact professionally with customers
• Report any equipment or maintenance issues promptly
• Keep the truck clean and organized after each shift
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operations
