Driver Instructor: Must pass federal background check.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Driving Instructor to join our team. As a Driving Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching students the necessary skills and knowledge to become safe and confident drivers. Duties:

• Conduct driving lessons for students of all ages and experience levels
• Provide comprehensive instruction on driving techniques, rules of the road, and defensive driving strategies
• Create a supportive and engaging learning environment in the classroom and behind the wheel
• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols during driving lessons
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and lesson plans
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective teaching materials and curriculum

Experience:

• Must pass federal background check.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience as a Driving Instructor or similar role is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience working with students of various ages and backgrounds
• Knowledge of adult education principles and instructional techniques
• Ability to effectively educate and engage students in a classroom setting
