Job Responsibilities 工作职责

• Perform routine portfolios include claiming of deceased body from hospital, nursing home or residence and setting up of the funeral venue.
  执行日常工作，包括从医院、疗养院或住家接运遗体，以及布置丧礼场所。
• Responsible for dismantlement of funeral venue and sending off deceased body from the funeral venue to the final resting place.
  负责拆除丧礼场所布置，并将遗体从丧礼场所送往安息之地。
• Responsible in manpower transportation and goods delivery.
  负责人员接送及物品运送。
• Act as supervisor to ensure all duties and tasks are carried out as per company policy and procedures, including supervise, monitor and guide general workers on take body, saulim and chutsan tasks effectively and efficiently.
  担任现场主管，确保所有工作按公司政策与程序执行，包括监督、指导及带领一般员工有效完成接体、守灵及出殡等任务。
• Perform safe and timely transportation of deceased family and guests to the designated location on funeral procession day and transportation of workers for night service task.
  在出殡当天安全准时接送丧家亲属及宾客至指定地点，并安排夜间服务人员接送。
• Delivery of goods and equipment to and fro between designated locations punctually.
  准时往返运送物品及设备至指定地点。
• Ensure goods delivery remains in its original/good condition by practicing safe and appropriate driving manner.
  以安全及合适的驾驶方式，确保物品运送过程中保持原状及完好。
• Inspect vehicles for defects before, during and after every trip; maintain responsible driving behaviors throughout the trip.
  每次行程前、中、后检查车辆状况，并保持负责任的驾驶行为。
• Perform prompt reporting to superior on unexpected situations or issues encountered during the process of take body, saulim and chutsan so that counter measure could be applied immediately.
  若在接体、守灵或出殡过程中遇到突发状况，须立即向上司汇报，以便及时采取应对措施。
• Perform prompt reporting on any delay due to breakdown or other emergency or in the event of vehicle irregularities which could affect the pick-up and delivery process.
  若遇到车辆故障或其他紧急情况而导致延误，须立即汇报，以免影响接送与运送流程。
• Perform prompt submission of ISO documents with complete and accurate information.
  及时提交完整且准确的ISO文件。

Job Requirement 职位要求

• Candidate must have Goods Driving Licence (GDL) or willing to apply for GDL.
  必须持有货车驾驶执照（GDL）或愿意申请GDL执照。
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
  必须至少拥有小学/中学/SPM/“O”水准，高中/STPM/“A”水准/预科，任何相关学历。
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
  必须懂得马来语、英语及华语。
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  至少需具备1年相关工作经验。
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in General Work (Housekeeper, Driver, Dispatch, Messenger, etc) or equivalent.
  优先考虑有一般工作（如清洁工、司机、外勤、送件员等）经验者或同等职位。
• Full-Time position(s) available.
