The RoleThis is a performance-driven leadership position for someone who knows how to lead people and deliver results. You will own the day-to-day operations of your fleet, develop the people around you, and be measured on outcomes that move the business forward.

What You Will Own

• Fleet performance across safety, driver productivity, equipment compliance, and customer relationships.
• Developing your team through consistent coaching, honest feedback, and accountability.
• Building a culture where drivers feel respected and customers feel taken care of.
• Recruiting and retaining quality drivers while keeping turnover at or below 50%.
• Driving steady revenue and fleet growth year over year.

Target Metrics

• Revenue Per Truck Per Day: $825 minimum, $1,000 target.
• Miles Per Truck Per Week: 2,250.
• Driver Turnover: 50% or less.
• Annual Tractor and Revenue Growth: 10% to 20%.

What We Are Looking For

• A driver first mindset and strong customer instincts.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations, hours of service, and compliance basics.
• Clean background required.
• A genuine desire to grow something and the discipline to follow through.
