Driver (Non CDL)

We are seeking Paratransit Drivers responsible for providing safe, reliable, and customer-focused transportation services.

Key duties include executing routes and schedules with safety protocols, assisting passengers, conducting vehicle inspections, and maintaining cleanliness and safety equipment.

Qualifications include being 21 or older, having at least 3 years of driving experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain necessary endorsements (F, A, or V).

Ideal candidates possess excellent communication and customer service skills and must be flexible to work various shifts.

Physical requirements involve working long periods sitting or outdoors, with accommodations available for disabilities.

Compensation starts at $22.00/hr with a sign-on bonus, potential pay increases, overtime opportunities, and comprehensive benefits such as paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, 401(k), and insurance options.

Applicants must pass a DOT drug test and background check, and be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
