Driver non-CDL FedEx Package Delivery

We are looking for dependable, motivated drivers to join our growing team. No CDL required — we provide the training and tools you need to get started.

What We Offer:

• $150 per day during training

Schedule

• Monday – Saturday
• 8:45 AM – approximately 5:00 PM
• Our routes operate 6 days a week, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time drivers.

About the Route

• Depending on your assigned route, you can expect:
• Rural Routes: Approximately 70–80 stops per day
• Urban Routes: Approximately 120 stops per day
• You'll be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages while providing friendly, professional service.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable and dependable
• Friendly and customer-focused
• Comfortable working independently
• Able to stay active throughout the workday
• Must be able to lift and handle packages weighing up to 150 lbs.
• Able to safely operate a delivery vehicle
• Comfortable working in different weather conditions
• Must be able to pass the required background check and drug screening
