We’re hiring a dedicated Driver Recruiter to source and phone-screen interstate drivers. The role involves high-volume candidate outreach, screening, follow-ups, and coordinating interviews and onboarding with the operations team.

Working hours: 4:30 AM–1:30 PM Australian time

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of telephonic recruitment or phone-based sourcing experience.
• Bulk hiring experience in a BPO or high-volume recruitment environment preferred.
• Strong communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Experience hiring for driver, logistics, or transport roles is an advantage.
• Comfortable working Australia hours.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
