Driver Recruiter

Overview:

AGM Transport Inc. is a growing asset-based trucking company operating 120+ trucks nationwide. We are looking for a hands-on Driver Recruiter

As a Driver Recruiter, you will source talent available in the market to bring on qualified Drivers to add capacity and to fill any/all open trucks for AGM. Responsible for processing applications for approval, building strong pipelines, helping with retention of current drivers, and being hands-on when drivers are in the terminal for orientation.

Responsibilities:

• Processing of applications- getting them verified (1 year) and sent to Safety for approval all while communicating with the drivers during this process.
• Onboarding Company Drivers (and Owners)- assigning orientation and continuous follow up with the driver.
• Utilize all sources possible to bring on drivers
• Follows established company procedure and process for interviews, offers, and onboarding
• Willingness to help drivers in orientation if they need it
• Continuous follow up with drivers being brought on (and after on-boarded)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in trucking/logistics (driver recruiting required)
• Experience with Tenstreet or similar ATS systems
• Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and pipeline management
• Experienced in Driver Retention
• Highly organized, data-driven, and results-oriented

Compensation:

• Base salary + performance bonus tied to hires and retention

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
