Summary:

As the Associate Specialist, Driver Recruiting, you will conduct and support a quality new driver orientation program by providing approved curriculum materials in accordance with DOT regulations and STG policies.

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for screening driver applications for information pertaining to DOT up to and including Motor Vehicle Reports, DAC, Employment Verifications, and Criminal background checks.
• Schedule drug tests for potential applicants.
• Communicate in-depth with Recruiters regarding applicants in process for a smooth transaction from processing to onboarding.
• Document collection and Plate orders.

What You’ll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail while helping drive the big picture
• Self-driven curiosity to ask questions and seek understanding
• Ability to lead through and adapt to new processes and challenges
• Effective relationship building skills and communication with team members of all levels
• Basic use of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently, managing time and prioritizing tasks effectively

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00AM EST – 5:00PM EST

Workspace:

• Office/cubicle workspace with moderate noise level
