Driver Recruiting Coordinator

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support a web-based platform connecting CDL and non-CDL drivers with carriers nationwide.

Responsibilities Include

• Screening applicants and managing job postings
• Coordinating high-volume driver recruiting campaigns
• Utilizing data and ATS/CRM tools to track leads and communicate with carriers
• Optimizing response times and providing reliable support to improve hiring outcomes
