Driver Relations Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to drivers' enquiries through hotline, walk-ins, and email under the guidance of supervisors.
• Provide frontline support to drivers on standard operational procedures, company policies, and general enquiries.
• Assist drivers with applications, submissions, documentation, and administrative processes.
• Escalate complex cases, complaints, and unresolved issues to senior officers or supervisors when necessary.
• Record and update driver interactions, enquiries, and case details accurately in internal systems.
• Assist in gathering feedback and information for departmental reporting purposes.
• Work closely with colleagues and other departments to facilitate smooth service delivery to drivers.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Department Supervisor or Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level, GCE 'O' Level, NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 years of working experience in service-related industries, preferably in frontline, customer service, or client-facing roles.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, patient, and customer-oriented attitude when handling drivers’ concerns.
• A team player who is willing to support colleagues and take guidance from supervisors.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Relevant customer service or administrative experience will be an advantage.
