Driver Sales Support

About the Role:

The Delivery Driver / Sales Support role is a dynamic position that combines efficient and timely delivery of products with proactive assistance to the sales team. Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid United States driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in a delivery driver role or similar position involving customer service.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds safely.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency with mobile devices and delivery tracking software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting sales teams or working in a sales support capacity.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and order processing software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local and regional routes to optimize delivery efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to logistics or customer service are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and promptly deliver products to customers across assigned routes within the United States.
• Verify delivery orders and obtain customer signatures to confirm receipt of goods.
• Assist the sales team by providing customer feedback and supporting order entry and tracking processes.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, and inventory levels to ensure data integrity.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs to ensure operational safety.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve delivery or order issues.
• Support warehouse operations by assisting with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles as needed.
