Driver Success Manager

AFC Transport is looking for a Driver Success Manager to lead a team of drivers and ensure their success on and off the road. In this role, you’ll balance driver satisfaction, safety, and operational efficiency while keeping freight moving and customers happy.

As the link between drivers, dispatch, safety, and maintenance, you’ll own the performance of your fleet, building strong driver relationships, tracking key performance metrics, and solving problems in real time.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships and maintain daily communication with drivers
• Monitor and coach driver performance to hit revenue, utilization, and safety goals
• Partner with Dispatch to optimize routing and maximize load efficiency
• Resolve service issues quickly and keep operations running smoothly
• Ensure DOT compliance and coordinate equipment needs with Maintenance and Safety
