Driver Support & Operations Associate

We’re looking for a proactive and service-oriented team member to support drivers and customers, assist with driver onboarding, and help coordinate promotional activities. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to driver and customer inquiries and service-related issues.
• Register new drivers and assist with account activation.
• Review and process driver documents.
• Guide drivers on PSV, EVP, insurance, and other e-hailing requirements.
• Contact active and inactive drivers to encourage participation.
• Support promotional campaigns, driver incentives, and customer activation activities.
• Assist with outdoor promotions and company events when required.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare daily reports.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Head of Office.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• English: B2 level or higher; Chinese is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office and Google Spreadsheets.
• Customer service or administrative experience is an advantage.
