Job Purpose

Responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services while ensuring the assigned vehicle is maintained in optimal condition and supporting the CEO’s mobility requirements with confidentiality, efficiency, and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide safe, professional, and timely transportation for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to meetings, business appointments, official functions, and other designated locations.
2. Plan and determine the most efficient travel routes to ensure punctuality.
3. Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all matters relating to the CEO, business activities, and company information.
4. Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, roadworthy, and complies with all legal and safety requirements at all times.
5. Monitor and coordinate vehicle servicing, inspections, repairs, insurance renewals, road tax renewals, and other vehicle-related documentation.
6. Conduct regular checks on fuel levels, tyres, brakes, engine condition, and vehicle cleanliness to ensure optimal performance.
7. Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance activities, and travel schedules.
8. Remain flexible and available to accommodate changes to the CEO’s schedule, including after-office hours, weekends, public holidays, and outstation travel when required.
9. Adhere to all traffic regulations, road safety standards, and company policies while operating the vehicle.
10. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the CEO or Management from time to time.
