What they need
The Driver / Field Support Staff is responsible for the safe and efficient transport of the Konsulta outreach team and supplies to assigned communities. Beyond driving, this role includes logistical support, assisting with patient registration, setup and takedown of outreach sites, and helping maintain order and efficiency during outreach operations.
Qualification:
- With at least 1 year driving experience and a valid driving license
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures
- Strong knowledge of PhilHealth Konsulta Program, data privacy laws, and basic primary care services
- Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems (preferred)
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Willingness to work in underserved or geographically isolated communities
