Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism

• Assist customers with product demos, explaining features and benefits clearly to enhance their shopping experience

• Handle retail sales transactions accurately using the cash register, including cash handling and balancing the cash drawer at shift end

• Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented to attract shoppers’ attention

• Conduct upselling by recommending additional products that meet customer needs, increasing store sales

• Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely

• Support merchandising efforts by organizing products according to store standards and promotional plans

Experience

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!

• Bilingual skills are highly valued to effectively communicate with diverse customer groups

• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions

• Knowledge of retail store product details, merchandising techniques, and basic math for cash handling and sales calculations

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a lively environment while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
