Driver/Labourer

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Driver/ Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various operational tasks across our site, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities

• Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
• Supporting the organisation and tidiness of the worksite
• Carrying out manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items safely
• Deliveries of jobs and collecting supplies
• Assisting tradespeople and supervisors as required in daily operations
• Ensuring health and safety protocols are adhered to at all times
• Reporting any hazards or unsafe practices to management promptly

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manual labour or construction is advantageous but not essential
• Good physical fitness with the ability to perform strenuous tasks for extended periods
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a work environment
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
