Driver/Messenger

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely transport company executives, employees, clients, visitors, and other authorized personnel to and from designated locations.
• Ensure timely arrival and departure while considering traffic conditions and appropriate routes.
• Operate company vehicles responsibly and in accordance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of assigned vehicles.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any mechanical issues, damages, or maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule vehicle maintenance, preventive servicing, registration, insurance, and other vehicle-related requirements.
• Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, vehicle usage, and other relevant records.
• Assist with company errands, including delivery and collection of documents, supplies, and other items as assigned.
• Provide transportation support for meetings, business events, site visits, airport transfers, and other company activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism when handling sensitive information or transporting company executives and personnel.
• Ensure proper handling and security of company property and documents during transportation.
• Observe all safety protocols and immediately report accidents, traffic incidents, or other vehicle-related concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, expense reports, fuel records, and other required documentation.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid professional driver's license appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate, executive, or company setting.
• Clean and safe driving record.
• Familiarity with Metro Manila and nearby areas; knowledge of major routes and alternative routes is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Physically fit and capable of performing driving and occasional administrative/errand-related duties.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when required by business needs.
• Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and safety-conscious.
• Professional, courteous, and well-presented when dealing with executives, employees, clients, and visitors.
• Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
