Driver/Multi-skilled Technician Maintenance

The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician is responsible for delivering comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance across commercial, corporate, residential, or industrial facilities. This hands-on role handles troubleshooting, repair, and ongoing upkeep of electrical, HVAC/mechanical, plumbing, and general building civil works to ensure safe, continuous, and efficient facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Systems:

Perform routine inspections, load balancing checks, and preventive maintenance on electrical distribution panels, circuit breakers, lighting, transformers, and backup generator sets.

Diagnose wiring faults, replace defective fixtures, switches, outlets, and ensure all electrical repairs comply with local safety standards.

HVAC & Mechanical Systems:

Service, clean, and troubleshoot air conditioning units (split-type, window-type, VRF/VRV, and centralized air-handling systems).

Inspect and maintain water pumps, motors, exhaust fans, and mechanical ventilation systems.

Plumbing & Sanitary Operations:

Maintain and repair water distribution lines, drainage networks, sewer pipes, faucets, valves, and restroom fixtures.

Monitor water tank levels, pump rooms, and clear drain clogs promptly.

Civil & General Building Maintenance:

Carry out basic carpentry, masonry, minor tile repairs, door closer/lockset adjustments, painting, and drywall patching.

Conduct daily facility walk-throughs to identify and log structural or architectural defects.

Safety, Compliance & Administration:

Follow Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Document all completed work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment histories via logbooks or CMMS software.

Assist in emergency response during power outages, water leaks, or equipment breakdowns.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Certifications:

High School Diploma or Vocational Graduate in Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, RAC/HVAC Servicing, or related trade.

TESDA National Certificate II (NC II) in Electrical Installation & Maintenance (EIM), RAC Servicing (PACU/CRE), or Plumbing is highly preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician or Building Maintenance Technician in commercial high-rise, BPO, retail, or industrial facilities in Metro Manila.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using multi-testers, power tools, diagnostic gauges, and manual hand tools.

Ability to read and interpret single-line diagrams, schematic diagrams, and architectural blueprints.

Other Requirements:

Willingness to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require.

Strong troubleshooting skills and physical fitness to handle manual labor (lifting, ladder climbing).

Safely operate company vehicles for delivery, transport of goods, or personnel

Ensure vehicle is in good condition through regular inspection and basic maintenance checks

Perform routine vehicle cleaning and reporting of issues or repairs needed

Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as minor plumbing, electrical, or carpentry work in company facilities

Assist in warehouse or operational tasks when not assigned to driving duties

Ensure compliance with traffic laws and company safety policies

Maintain proper records of trips, mileage, and vehicle condition

Respond promptly to assigned transport schedules and operational needs

Support general facility upkeep and emergency maintenance needs

Perform other related tasks as may be assigned

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
