Driver/Office Assistant

Requirements:

• Experience & Licensing: Valid B2/D driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years of active driving experience.
• Route Knowledge & Tech: Familiar with Singapore and Malaysia routes, with strong proficiency using navigation apps (e.g., Waze, Google Maps).
• Reliability & Conduct: Highly responsible, dependable, and punctual with a clean criminal record and a strong commitment to traffic safety.
• Languages: Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Flexibility: Willing to travel outside Johor and work overtime, including weekends, as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing calls, process incoming/outgoing mail and faxes, and ensure prompt distribution to relevant staff.
• Transport Services: Safely drive designated company vehicles for staff, management, and guests.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Monitor, clean, and ensure regular upkeep and roadworthiness of company vehicles.
• Dispatch Duties: Execute timely delivery and pickup of official documents, banking items, permits, and parcels.
• Facility Maintenance: Oversee basic office facility checks and maintain daily office cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Carry out additional duties assigned by management as required.

Job Type: Full-time
