The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Driver/Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on, varied role that combines truck driving, machinery operation, customer deliveries, bagging and general yard duties. No two days are the same, making it an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving truck and trailer units
• Operating loaders, diggers, and other heavy machinery
• Delivering product to customers in a professional and timely manner
• Providing excellent customer service during deliveries and pick-ups
• Bagging product and assisting with yard production
• Carrying out general yard duties to support day-to-day operations
• Following health and safety requirements at all times

About You

• Hold a current Class 5 truck and trailer licence
• Hold or willing to obtain Wheels, Tracks & Rollers (WTR) endorsement
• Previous experience with loaders, diggers, or similar machinery
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused
• A team player with a positive attitude
