Job Overview
Quad-C Logistics LLC is seeking dependable, self-motivated, and hardworking Non-CDL Contract Drivers to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for drivers who own their own 2500–3500 series truck and are looking to lease onto a professional logistics company that provides dispatch support and provides a trailers. We specialize in hauling shipping container.

At Quad-C Logistics, we handle dispatching, route coordination, and day-to-day load direction so our drivers can stay focused on delivering excellent service safely and efficiently.

This is an independent contractor / lease-on opportunity with strong earning potential for motivated drivers.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport loads as assigned by Quad-C Logistics dispatch
• Maintain clear and professional communication with dispatch and customers
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck and trailer
• Secure and transport freight safely and in compliance with applicable regulations
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of all assigned loads
• Be available for regional and occasional overnight trips as needed
• Maintain accurate trip, fuel, and delivery documentation
• Represent Quad-C Logistics LLC in a professional manner at all times
• Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures

Requirements

• Must own a 2500–3500 series truck
• Must be able to lease onto Quad-C Logistics LLC
• Must be willing to operate under Quad-C Logistics commercial insurance policy
• Driver will be responsible for insurance premium costs
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• CDL is not required for vehicles/load combinations that fall under applicable weight limits
• Must have a clean driving record and professional work ethic
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to communicate effectively
• Prior hauling, towing, or transportation experience preferred
• Must be able to travel and stay overnight when required

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
