Driver/Operators

Busy season is coming, and we’re gearing up for some big hours on a subdivision development with a solid crew.

We’re looking for experienced drivers and operators to join our client’s team. If you know your way around heavy machinery, take pride in your work, and don’t mind getting stuck in, we’d like to hear from you.

We’re currently looking for:

• Dump Truck Operators
• Digger / Excavator Operators
• Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Operator – a mechanically minded all-rounder who can jump in on the machinery when needed and help keep things running smoothly onsite.

These roles would suit reliable, safety-focused people who enjoy working outdoors, are happy to put in the hours, and like being part of a good team.

What we’re looking for

For the operator roles, you’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience operating relevant machinery
• A current Class 1 or Class 2 driver licence,
• Relevant WTR endorsements
• A good attitude and strong work ethic
• A solid commitment to health and safety
• The ability to pass pre-employment drug and MOJ screening

For the mechanic/operator role, we’re looking for someone who is confident working on heavy machinery, can troubleshoot when things go wrong, and isn’t afraid to jump on the gear and get the job done.
