- For Rider: must have DL Code A/A1 or applicable motorcycle license
- For Driver: must have DL Code B/B2; DL Code C is an advantage for applicants who will handle heavier vehicles.
- With at least 1–2 years of driving/riding experience
- Knowledgeable in Metro Manila/assigned delivery areas and routes
- Can operate and maintain the assigned motorcycle, 4-wheel, or 6-wheel vehicle
