Driver's Mate

Total Shred are currently recruiting a Driver's Mate to assist our On Site Shredding drivers with the On Site Shredding of confidential documents.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the driver in the collection and shredding of confidential documents from client sites. .
• Present a professional image at all times both in appearance and manner.
• Provide effective customer care whilst collecting from client sites.
• Complete all necessary administration and paperwork.
• Provide assistance to driver along the route where required
• Job entails 30-50 hours of work a week

Skills & Experience

• Excellent communication skills.
• Literate and numerate.
• Good standard of handwriting
• Ability to establish a professional rapport with customers.
• Ability to converse with clients and upsell products and or additional services

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Stanmore HA7 1JS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
