Job Description
- Drive to collect and deliver documents, mail, papers, and other items within internal and to external entities.
- Provide driving services for guests and delegates when required.
- Safeguard assigned vehicles and follow up on maintenance schedules, insurance, and licensing requirements.
- Support basic messenger and clerical duties, including document handling, photocopying, faxing, and sorting.
- Assist with receiving and checking stationery and other supplies as required.
- Support other general attendant duties as directed by the relevant line manager
