Driver/Warehouse Relief

KiwiHarvest are a not-for-profit who work with food businesses, including supermarkets, wholesalers, producers, cafes, and restaurants to rescue the good food that they are not able to sell – whether that is because of oversupply, damaged packaging, cancelled orders, mislabeling, or because the food is nearing its best before date or end of life.

We are a small team, who are all passionate about food rescue and helping others.

You must have a full clean drivers license and be able to comfortably lift 10-20kg boxes throughout the day.
You also will need to be able to use phone and tablet applications - Outlook, vWork and Salesforce (you will receive training) - to capture movements of stock and keeping our Managers up to date on daily activities when needed.

We are looking for a superstar. Someone who is confident in dealing with lots of different people each day. Who prides themselves on doing a good job and who wants to do good for the community and our planet.

This role needs to be representative of KiwiHarvest with food donors, community groups, and the public – it is essential that you are professional, efficient and personable. We deal with different people and visit many different locations – so you must be industrious, focused, and able to problem solve.

You will need a forklift licence and class 1 drivers licence.

You will have to have a clean Ministry of Justice check.
