Hang 5 Carwash is one of the Gold Coast's growing express carwash brands, and we're excited to open our newest location in Pimpama.

We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused people who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in delivering exceptional service. If you're reliable, energetic and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Driveway Attendant, you'll be the face of Hang 5 Carwash. You'll welcome customers, help them choose the right wash package, safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel, and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience.

No two days are the same. You'll play an important role in keeping the site operating safely, efficiently and to the high standards our customers expect.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Recommend wash packages and Wash Club memberships.
• Prepare vehicles before entering the wash tunnel.
• Safely guide vehicles onto the conveyor.
• Identify vehicles that are unsuitable for the wash and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented driveway, vacuum area and customer facilities.
• Work closely with your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Reliable, honest and punctual.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically fit and able to remain on your feet throughout your shift.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, automotive or the car wash industry is highly regarded, however full training is provided.
