Driving/ Class Instructor

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in their subject area and demonstrate the ability to engage and inspire students. University experience is preferred, as it enhances the depth of knowledge and teaching effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
• Facilitate classroom discussions, encouraging student participation and critical thinking.
• Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to enhance educational programs and share best practices.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive classroom environment that promotes diversity and equity among students.

Requirements

• Previous teaching experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Proficient in using technology for teaching purposes, including learning management systems and digital resources.
