Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and effective driving lessons tailored to individual student needs, ensuring clear understanding of road rules and safe driving practices
• Develop customized lesson plans that incorporate curriculum standards and adapt to various learning styles, including adult education principles
• Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to build confidence and improve skills
• Maintain accurate records of lessons, student performance, and progress reports in compliance with educational regulations
• Prepare students for licensing examinations by reviewing theoretical knowledge and practical skills thoroughly
• Use educational technology tools to enhance instruction, including online modules and simulators where appropriate
• Ensure all training sessions adhere to safety protocols, legal requirements, and industry best practices

Skills

• Strong classroom management and instructional skills with experience in classroom teaching or driver education settings
• Proficiency in learning technology, educational technology integration, and computer-based training tools
• Expertise in curriculum development tailored for diverse learner groups, including adult learners from various cultural backgrounds
• Knowledge of educational compliance standards and regulations relevant to driver training programs
• Ability to deliver remote or online instruction effectively using digital platforms
• Excellent lesson planning abilities combined with hands-on classroom management techniques
• Experience working with students of different ages, backgrounds, and skill levels to foster an inclusive learning environment
• Familiarity with university-level or adult education methodologies enhances your ability to connect with learners of all ages
