Park Driving School is growing, and we are looking for responsible, patient, and professional driving instructors to join our team.

COMPENSATION

• $25–$35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Park Driving School instructor, you will:

• Provide behind-the-wheel driving instruction to new drivers
• Teach safe and defensive driving techniques
• Prepare students for the New Jersey MVC road test
• Teach proper vehicle control, parking, lane changes, turns, and highway driving
• Help students develop confidence and responsible driving habits
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with students and parents
• Complete required student documentation
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and a safe learning environment

IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for instructors who are:

• Patient, dependable, and professional
• Comfortable working with teenagers and young adults
• Strong communicators
• Safety-conscious
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable teaching students with different levels of driving experience

Prior driving-instructor experience is preferred. Qualified candidates with teaching, coaching, law-enforcement, transportation, or other instructional backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
