In this role, you will deliver engaging, safe, and comprehensive driving lessons to learners of all ages, ensuring they gain confidence and competence on the road. Duties

• Conduct structured driving lessons tailored to individual learner needs, focusing on safety, traffic laws, and practical skills
• Assess students’ driving abilities through observation and provide constructive feedback to foster improvement
• Prepare learners for licensing tests by reviewing road rules, maneuvering techniques, and test procedures
• Maintain accurate records of each student’s progress, lesson plans, and assessments
• Ensure all lessons are conducted in compliance with local traffic regulations and safety standards
• Foster a supportive learning environment by demonstrating patience, encouragement, and clear communication
• Stay updated on the latest driving laws, safety protocols, and instructional techniques to enhance teaching effectiveness

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and adaptability when working with students of varying skill levels
• Additional certifications in driver training are a plus
• Ability to pass required background screening

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
