Drone Developer & Pilot Instructor

Job highlights

• 2 years of experience in drone assembly,development,and piloting. . DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (preferred) or strong willingness to get certified. . DGCA Training License (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, assemble, test, and troubleshoot drone systems (hardware and software).

• Develop flight control systems, optimize drone performance, and conduct R&D trials.

• Conduct drone flight training programs for internal teams, clients, and external trainees.

• Plan and execute demonstration flights for defence, agriculture, and consumer sectors.

• Ensure all drone operations are compliant with DGCA and insideFPV safety protocols.

• Provide feedback to the product development team based on flight test outcomes.

• Maintain documentation of flight logs, maintenance reports, and training modules.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in drone assembly, development, and piloting.

• DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (preferred) or strong willingness to get certified.

• DGCA Training License (preferred).

• Deep understanding of drone components.

• Proficiency in mission planning software like QGroundControl, Betaflight, Mission Planner, or similar.

• Strong communication and teaching skills to train pilots and clients
