- Managing and scheduling the deployment of distributed autonomous drones for various operations
- Ensure Operational Excellence for drone delivery/logistics operations.
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding drone usage
- Developing and implementing training programs for drone pilots
- Establishing and enforcing safety procedures and protocols
- Development of financial plans for drone operations
- SME with trends in drone technology
- Conducting risk assessments and developing contingency plans
