What they need
2-PERSON FIBER DROP INSTALLATION CREW
Looking for a reliable 2-person crew to perform residential fiber drop installations in the Charlotte/Hickory area.
Job duties:
- Hand-bury residential fiber drops
- Dig and bury fiber to required depth
- Work around driveways, sidewalks, landscaping, etc.
- Complete multiple drops per day
- Take completion photos and follow job requirements
- Keep work areas clean
We provide:Tools and equipment needed for the work and assigned jobs.
Crew provides:Reliable truck, fuel, and labor.
Pay:
1099 every 15th and 1st of month
Paid per completed drop based on footage, with additional production incentives for crews exceeding weekly production goals.
Looking for dependable people who are comfortable working outside and want the opportunity to make more by completing more quality work.
Experience with fiber, utilities, landscaping, or construction is a plus but not required.
Pay: $1,800.00 per week
Work Location: On the road
