DROP POINT SUPERVISOR

Bilis Kuneho Logistics Corp. (BKLC) is looking for a Drop Point Supervisor to be assigned in Bacolod City. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the assigned Drop Point, supervise personnel, monitor parcel and pick-up activities, and ensure that operational targets, company policies, and service standards are consistently met.

The Drop Point Supervisor will also be responsible for administrative reports, attendance monitoring, inventory and office equipment management, coordination with clients and VIP accounts, and providing guidance and motivation to the team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in a related field
• Strong background in Logistics Operations or E-Commerce
• Good computer skills and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling operational concerns
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of supervising a team of at least 10 personnel
• Willing to be assigned in Bacolod City

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall daily operations of the Drop Point
• Supervise employees and monitor attendance, tardiness, leaves, and performance
• Ensure smooth parcel processing, pick-up, inventory, and dispatch activities
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and performance monitoring
• Prepare and submit operational and situation reports to management
• Coordinate with Sprinters, Admin personnel, clients, and VIP accounts
• Monitor CCTV and ensure compliance with operational procedures
• Assist in resolving pending pick-ups, parcel concerns, and other operational issues
• Implement company policies and instructions from Management
• Monitor employee productivity and recommend improvements to Drop Point performance
• Perform other related responsibilities as required by operations
