About the Role

Romeo Staffing Agency is looking for an experienced and results-driven Dropshipping Expert to manage and grow our e-commerce dropshipping operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with product research, supplier sourcing, online store management, order processing, and paid advertising.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying profitable products, optimizing online stores, monitoring sales performance, and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product research to identify trending, high-demand, and profitable products.
• Analyze competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer demand.
• Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and sourcing platforms.
• Manage and optimize dropshipping stores, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and collections.
• Handle product uploading, inventory monitoring, and order processing.
• Monitor supplier performance, product availability, shipping times, and product quality.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, shipping, returns, refunds, and customer issues.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve conversion rates.
• Monitor store performance, sales, profit margins, and key e-commerce KPIs.
• Assist with paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Analyze advertising performance and optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Perform A/B testing of products, creatives, pricing, landing pages, and offers.
• Monitor customer feedback, reviews, refunds, and chargebacks.
• Identify opportunities for store expansion and new product categories.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, sales, expenses, advertising costs, and profitability.
• Stay updated with the latest dropshipping, e-commerce, advertising, and consumer trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in dropshipping or e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of dropshipping business models and e-commerce operations.
• Experience with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Experience with product research and competitor analysis.
• Familiarity with suppliers and sourcing platforms such as AliExpress, CJdropshipping, Alibaba, Zendrop, or similar platforms.
• Basic to advanced understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, AOV, and profit margin.
• Ability to identify winning products and evaluate their profitability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a successful dropshipping store.
• Experience working with the U.S. market or other international markets.
• Experience with Shopify store setup and optimization.
• Knowledge of Facebook/Meta Business Manager and TikTok Business Center.
• Experience creating or coordinating high-converting product pages and ad creatives.
• Experience handling supplier negotiations and fulfillment issues.
• Knowledge of customer service, refunds, disputes, and chargeback management.
