Work you’ll do

As the Assistant Manager SAP SD, you will lead efforts in enterprise software administration, programming, and analysis. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, policies, and procedures.

Primary Duties:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide suitable solutions in S/4 HANA Client to Cash process
• Coordination with project team stakeholders, business, and SAP functional/technical resources in designing and implementing solutions
• Create design documents Functional specifications
• Collaborate with development teams in designing solutions, enhancements and provide functional inputs and Test solutions and provide support to business in test cycles
• Work independently with the client, understand the business process, provide design related recommendation, proactively participating and addressing the design issues
• Demonstrate expertise in integrating SD module with other S/4 HANA modules like FI, PS, MM etc. and interfacing other 3rd party applications
• Identify improvement opportunities to optimize the organizations Order to Cash Process and enabling technologies end to end
• Perform problem root cause analysis to implement solutions that prevent problem reoccurrence

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution that includes hand on experience.
• At least 1 year of SAP end to end implementation and support project
• Working experience in SAP S/4 HANA, and Flori apps
• Experience with handling Configuration Settings, Transactions, and Reports in SAP SD
• Experience writing functional specifications for new developments & change requests
• Experience in Day-to-Day monitoring of tickets and work towards closure
• Experience in Testing - Test Plan, Test Case Specifications, Test Scenarios etc for functionality testing
• Able to work as Individual contributor with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
