Drug and Alcohol Program Assistant

As a Program Assistant you will provide the following:

• Conduct activities for residents.
• Assist residents in acquiring self-care skills such as shopping, cooking and housekeeping.
• Ensure residents attend scheduled activities, appointments, etc.
• Maintain resident records and reports by documenting in electronic health record.
• Ensure residents follow all rules as stipulated in house orientation packet.
• Assist as a lead worker in training and guiding new employees.
• Perform urinalysis and medication monitoring.
• Ensure all residents are accounted for in a safe drug-free environment.

• We hire staff who have lived personal experience in drug and alcohol recovery. Upon hire, we assist staff with obtaining CRS (Certified Recovery Specialist) Certification. To be eligible, you must have 18 months of continuous personal recovery. Do you have 18 months of continuous personal lived recovery from drugs and alcohol?
