We specialize in personalized, one-on-one instruction that is tailored to each student's unique goals and learning style.

The Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Drum Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate is a skilled musician and a natural educator who can connect with students, create engaging lesson plans, and inspire a genuine passion for music. This is a flexible, part-time position with opportunities to grow with our academy.

Responsibilities

• Teach effective one-on-one lessons on drums to students of varying ages and skill levels.
• Develop and implement customized lesson plans that cater to the unique learning style and goals of each student.
• Develop students' rhythmic proficiency by teaching essential rudiments, full drum kit coordination, dynamic control, and drum sheet music reading.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with students and their parents to provide progress updates.
• Cultivate a positive, encouraging, and supportive learning environment.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate student lessons, with potential for evening and weekend hours.
