Responsibilities

• Supervise daily dry cleaning operations, ensuring all garments are cleaned, pressed, and returned to customers promptly and to high quality standards
• Lead and motivate a team of cleaning technicians, providing training on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service excellence
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and inventory of cleaning supplies to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment for all staff
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure exceptional service experiences
• Conduct regular quality checks on finished garments to uphold company standards
• Maintain detailed records of daily operations, employee performance, and equipment maintenance

Skills

• Proven experience in supervising or managing cleaning or janitorial teams within hospitality or commercial settings
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively
• Extensive knowledge of laundry processes, dry cleaning techniques, and custodial best practices
• Excellent organizational skills to manage workflow, inventory, and scheduling efficiently
• Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards is a plus
