Kauaʻi Bahia is looking for dependable drywall contractors and crews for residential construction projects in Kukuiʻula on the South Shore of Kauaʻi.

We are looking for hard-working, efficient crews that can complete quality work on schedule and provide competitive pricing. Our goal is to establish long-term relationships with reliable subcontractors who can work with us on multiple projects.

ABOUT KAUAʻI BAHIA

Kauaʻi Bahia is a residential construction company with multiple homes currently under construction and additional projects in development.

We currently have 5 homes under construction, 8 additional homes in design, and 8 completed homes. This gives us a consistent pipeline of work for qualified subcontractors.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an established drywall crew of 6-10 people with an experienced lead who is able to travel to Kauaʻi and take on project work.

For qualified crews traveling from off-island, Kauaʻi Bahia will cover flights to Kauaʻi, provide housing for the duration of the project, and provide transportation while the crew is working on Kauaʻi.

We also provide the necessary project materials.

HOW WE WORK

Kauaʻi Bahia handles project management, permitting, and client coordination. Our subcontractors are responsible for their trade and completing their assigned scope of work efficiently and professionally.

• Availability
• Project duration
• Scope of work
• Pricing

After an initial conversation, qualified contractors will be connected with our project team to review the specific scope and submit a bid.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a drywall lead or contractor
• Residential drywall experience required
• Luxury residential experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience working with an established crew
• Ability to work efficiently and meet project schedules
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable communication and jobsite professionalism
• Ability to travel to and work on Kauaʻi

Hawaiʻi construction experience is preferred but not required.

LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY

We are not looking for a one-time crew. With multiple homes currently under construction and additional projects in development, we are interested in building long-term relationships with reliable, productive, and competitively priced drywall contractors.
