Our teams work alongside top general contractors to deliver projects on time and on budget. We invest in our people, promote from within, and believe great service is what sets us apart.

About the Position

The Foreman oversees and performs framing operations on active job sites, making sure work is completed safely, accurately, and to project specifications. This role supervises onsite labor, interprets blueprints and structural shop drawings, and directs interior and exterior framing. The Foreman lays out walls, soffits, and other structural elements, and documents and communicates field changes to the field supervisor or project manager. The Foreman also upholds safety standards, coordinates with other supervisors, and supports project completion by maintaining quality, schedule, and jobsite efficiency.

  • Notify the field supervisor or project manager of plan discrepancies or changes
  • Follow companies’ safety protocol, GC site safety requirements, and OSHA standards
  • Report project or health hazards near the work area to the GC or field supervisor
  • Attend onsite foreman meetings required by the general contractor
  • Direct onsite labor to meet schedule deadlines
  • Communicate with personnel about specific materials being installed
  • Review materials and framing quality before, during, and after completion
  • Complete framing or drywall work to maintain schedule and assembly requirements
  • Operate all tools used in framing and miscellaneous carpentry

  • Keep records of onsite tools and hardware
  • Maintain company tools and vehicle, and report any needed maintenance
