Job Summary

Phoenix Drywall Professionals is seeking a skilled Drywall Installer to support residential and commercial construction projects. The role is responsible for installing, measuring, cutting, and finishing drywall while maintaining quality workmanship and safe jobsite practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and install drywall panels according to project specifications.
• Install drywall on walls and ceilings.
• Secure drywall using appropriate fasteners and tools.
• Cut openings for electrical outlets, fixtures, doors, and other components.
• Apply joint compound, tape, and finishing materials.
• Sand and prepare surfaces for painting or final finishes.
• Inspect completed work for alignment, smoothness, and quality.
• Read basic construction drawings and measurements.
• Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in an organized condition.
• Follow jobsite safety procedures and supervisor instructions.

Requirements

• Previous drywall installation or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of drywall materials, tools, and installation techniques.
• Ability to accurately measure and cut materials.
• Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a construction crew.
• Reliable attendance and dependable work habits.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and professional jobsite.
