Typical Accountabilities

• Lead the district team to achieve or surpass established sales forecasts and call execution targets.
• Collaborate with individual sales representatives to set appropriate and challenging goals for each territory.
• Proactively anticipate and address obstacles that may hinder results.
• Evaluate individual and team progress toward goals and provide coaching to drive improvement.
• Develop sales representatives to enhance their skills and prepare them for advanced career opportunities, including future District Manager roles.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations governing interactions with healthcare professionals, sample distribution, and related activities. Qualifications and Skills Essential: Bachelor’s degree; demonstrated leadership abilities; expertise in financial management; demonstrated written and oral communication skills. Desirable: Previous management experience; Prior exposure to or experience in other functional areas of the business, such as Sales Training, Operations, Brand Team, or Managed Markets.
